Hace poco tuve un pequeño accidente cuando volví a la oficina (yo que tenía tantas ganas de volver...) y me rompí un trocito de un hueso del pie. Me dio mucha rabia porque ahora que podíamos empezar a salir y hacer planes vuelvo a estar limitada, pero bueno, mis vacaciones de verano no empezaban hasta finales de agosto a si que según me voy recuperando espero que no haya mucho problema, aunque tendrán que ser tranquilitas.

Lo bueno es que la doctora no me escayoló, me dejó el pie sin nada con la condición de hacer mucho reposo, y en esas estoy.

El sábado, el único día de la semana que decidió no llover, tuve una boda preciosa en la sierra de Madrid. La novia estaba guapísima, con un vestido sencillo diseñado por ella. La parte de arriba imitaba a un maillot de bailarina y la falda era de una tela impresionante con flores bordadas. Llevaba una trenza larguísima y un ramo de lavanda.

El tema de mi vestido me dio mucho quebradero de cabeza, quería ir discreta y elegante, porque iba invitada de acompañante de Miki y no quería llamar mucho la atención. En principio llevaba este vestido pero con unos complementos algo coloridos. El problema es que ha empezado a hacer mal tiempo esta semana y siempre nos pasa lo mismo ¿qué me pongo encima?. No me gustan los chales, siempre intento llevar una chaqueta, y encontrar una que me fuera fue más difícil de lo que pensé. Al final escogí esta en verde oscuro y, como los complementos coloridos no me iban, opté por ir en tonos neutros. Este fue el resultado final!. La diadema de la cabeza también discreta la encontré en el último momento, a juego con los pendientes y el colgante de Joaquin Berao. Fue un día precioso y una boda que siempre recordaremos porque es la primera que se casa de nuestra generación. Como dice mi madre "ahora empiezan a casarse todas" y efectivamente tengo dos bodas más a la vista.

On Saturday, the only day that didn't rain, I had a beautiful wedding in Madrid. The bride was beautiful, with a simple dress designed by her. The top part imitate a dancer leotard and skirt was a stunning fabric with embroidered flowers. She had a very long braid and a lavender bouquet.
My dress gave me a headache, I wanted to be discreet and elegant because I was invited as Miki's couple. At first I was wearing this dress but with some colorful accessories. The problem is that this week has started the bad weather and the same thing always happens, what I wear over the dress?. I do not like shawls, I always try to wear a fancy jacket, and I find it harder than I thought. In the end I chose this dark green one and  colorful additions did not mach so I opted to go with neutral colors. This was the end result!. I found the hair bow last minute, and it matched so well with the earrings and pendant. It was a lovely day and a wedding that we will always remember because she is the first of our generation getting married. As my mother says "now all of your friends will start to get married" and is true, I have two more weddings in sight.

Este vestido es muy lady, me lo pongo y me siento una muñequita. Es comodísimo también es muy versátil. Vale para una comida familiar donde tengas que ir mona pero no muy arreglada como para un días que tengas un evento especial. Estuve pensando si ponerme este vestido para mi graduación. Con unos tacones altos, un clutch y un peinado bonito puede quedar precioso, pero todavía estoy pensándome cual será el vestido perfecto para ese día. 

This dress is so lady, I wear it and I feel like a little doll. It is also very versatile and comfy. It is perfect for a family meal where you need to be cute but not so fancy and also for an special event. I was thinking about wearing this dress for my graduation. With high heels, a cute clutch and a nice hairstyle it can be beautiful, but I'm still not sure about which dress will be the perfect one for that day.
