En época de exámenes pongo especial cuidado para no descuidar las buenas costumbres. Tengo un mini ritual que trato de seguir a diario con una serie de productos.
1. Crema hidratante para el cuerpo. Tengo dos y voy variando. Una de Kiko y otra de Rituals
2. Para el pelo un champú y un aceite de Kerastase que hidrata las puntas para que no se sequen y se partan
3. Para la cara son tres pasos de Biotherm: gel exfoliante diario, tónico e hidratante. Esto todas las noches antes de irme a dormir.
4. El olor con el que me siento identificada. Es mi favorito.
5. Siempre trato de llevar las uñas pintadas. Aunque me quede en casa y no haga nada. Asi me veo bien las manos y me veo arreglada aunque no lo esté.

Me llegó ayer de CHOIES esta sudadera con el mesaje "Fake Chanel".Es una nueva marca online que acabo de conocer. ¡Me encanta como queda! Estos días de estudio que no paro de preparar examenes y entregas no me la quito. Lo mas cómodo es llevar prendas asi. Cuando llevo sudaderas me gusta que tengan algo especial, si no, no me dicen nada. Esta dice mucho :)

It arrived yesterday from CHOIES a sweater with a "Fake Chanel."message. Chioes is a brand that just met online, something new for me. I love how it looks! These days of study, a not-stop journey preparing exams do not take it off. The best thing to wear to be confortable are clothes like this. When I wear sweatshirts I like them to have something special, otherwise they tell me nothing. This one says a lot :)

Como ya os he dicho más veces, no sólo me gustan las cosas modernas. El mix de lo nuevo y lo antiguo me vuelve loca. Esas casas con techos altos, molduras en ellos y algun detalle barroco son increíbles.
Además el blanco es mi color cuando hablo de interiores. Transmite limpieza, luminosidad y cuando se trata de espacios que originalmente podrian ser muy recargados (con pinturas, papeles de pared, telas etc), el "reciclarlos" añadiendo una capa blanca encima de todo los hace que te apetezca vivir ahi. Me atraen mucho también detalles de ese estilo como espejos y marcos rococcó, las chimeneas antiguas, los relieves...
Una de las cosas que más me gusta visitar son palacios barrocos, tengo una pequeña obsesión, y para mí este tipo de casas son como vivir en un palacio barroco del siglo XXI

As I've said several times I do not only like contemporary things. The new&old mix drives me crazy. Those houses with high ceilings, moldings on them and some baroque detail are huge.
Also white is my color when I talk about interiors. It transmits clean, bright and when we talk about spaces that could be severely strained originally (with paints, wallpapers, fabrics etc on the walls), to "recycle them" by adding a white layer above all makes you want to live there. I am also attracted by a lot details like this, like rococco mirrors and frames, old fireplaces, reliefs ...
One of the things I like to visit are baroque palaces, I have a little obsession, and for me this type of houses are like living in a XXI century baroque palace.

 Llevo aquí dos semanas y parece que llegué hace dos meses. Es alucinante como cambia el chip la cabeza cuando pones km entre medias. Los días en Madrid son un recuerdo lejano. Es verdad que desde que he llegado no he parado de ver cosas. Parece que Milan está todo visto pero no es verdad, tiene todavia rincones escondidos. Además tengo programado otro viaje a Dublin. En un par de semanas vuelvo para ver lo no-tan-tipico de la ciudad. Me quedé con las ganas de pasar más tiempo allí. Me enamoró Dublin. Es muy diferente.

I've been here for two weeks and t seems like I came two months ago. It's amazing how the head changes the topic when there's miles in between. The days in Madrid are like a fading memory. It is true that ,since I arrived, I have not stopped visiting new places. It look like we have seen everything in Milan and that's not true, now the hidden corners are waiting  Besides, I have scheduled another trip to Dublin. In a couple of weeks I go back there to see that not-so-typical places of the city. I kept wanting to spend more time there as well. I love Dublin. It's very different.

Me encantan los gorros para invierno, sin enbargo en verano no me veo tanto con ellos. No he encontrado todavia un estilo de sombrero que me quede bien, pero los gorros de lana sí que me los pongo a menudo. Además quitan muchisimo el frío, y yo siempre lo digo: Si tienes poca variedad de abrigos y casi siempre vas con el mismo, ve cambiando el color del gorro y el bolso, te verás totalmente diferente ;)

I love knit hats on winter. In summer I do not see myself with them. I have not found yet a kind of hat that fits me well, but if that hats... I wear them often. They make you feel warm and also, what I always say: If you have little coat options and yo go with the same one almost always, changing the color of the hat and the bag you'll look totally different;)

Es la primera vez que estoy tan en contacto con asignaturas diferentes y que siempre me han interesado. Aquí estoy estudiando interioriores y exteriores. Estudio como acondicionar un lugar, como decorar, amueblar y usar materiales diferentes en un interior. También jardinería. Los tipos de jardines, su historia...
Me esta gustando mucho. Siempre he hablado en el blog de estas dos cosas porque me interesan mucho y se me hace raro estar estudiándolas.
Vuelvo a poneros una de mis entradas de inspiración de interiores y estos días supongo os iré hablando de cosas así un poco más. Es donde va a estar mi cabeza  una semana entera hasta que lleguen los examenes. Que, por cierto, son orales y en Italiano :S...


It's the first time I'm so in touch with different subjects and have always interested me. Here I am studying interior and exterior. I have to study how to conditioning, how to decorate, furnish and use different materials in an interior. I study also gardening. The types of gardens, their history ...
I like it a lot. I've always talked a lot in the blog about this two things because they interest me so much and I find  strange to be studying them.
Again I show you one of my interior inspiration posts and these days I suppose I will be talking about things like that a little more. It's where my head is going to be the whole week until the exams come. Which by the way, are oral and in Italian: S. ..

Muchas veces en Milan voy al café Marc Jacobs, me gusta mucho. Al acabar, cuando nos tenemos que ir aprovechamos para pasar por la tienda. Esta en el mismo local, conectada por una especie de librería  Siempre me acabo llevando alguna tontería  Y esta vez cogí un colgante nuevo que había y un par de rotuladores gordos para cuando haga los diseños de arquitectura. Me gusta usar este tipo de rotuladores cuando hago croquis o se me ocurren ideas nuevas.

I usually do to the Marc Jacobs cafe in Milan, I like it a lot. And whan we end and is time to go, pass by the store. This in the same room, connected by a kind of library space. I always end up taking some little item. This time I took a new pendant and had a couple of huge pens to make my architectural designs. I like to use these kind of pens when I make sketches, when some ideas come to mind.

Otra visita fue a la Galería de los Uffizi para ver a Botticceli. Subimos al mirador del Piazzale de Michel Angelo desde donde se ve preciosa toda la ciudad, al otro lado del río. La vista desde el Campanille de Santa Maria dei Fiore me gustó porque se veía la cúpula de cerca, pero desde el mirador se ve el perfil de toda la cuidad y es cuando se aprecia la presencia de la cupula en la ciudad.
Un paseo al atardecer por el Ponte Vecchio viendo todas las joyerías y el río con la luz dorada. El día anterior lo vimos cerrado todo y parecía el Callejón Diagon :)
También visitamos la Biblioteca Laurenciana con la escalera de Miguel Angel que parece un río de lava cayendo, la hemos estudiado mil veces y por fin he podido verla al natural.
El Palacio Pitti y la capilla Pazzi. Fue un día intenso pero mereció la pena, además en Italia el turismo va acompañado de un gelato ;)

Another visit was to the Uffizi Gallery to see Botticceli works.Going up to the  Piazzale Michel Angelo  viewpoint  to see the city from the other side of the river. Over the Campanille we can appreciate the big dome near us but on the viewpoint the presence of the dome is even more on the skyline. A walk along the Ponte Vecchio in the afternoon seeing all the jewelers and the gold light on the water. The day before we saw everything closed and it really seemed like the Diagon Alley :)
Also the Laurentian Library with the Michelangelo staircase that looks like a river of lava falling down.
The Pitti Palace and the Pazzi Chapel. It was an intense day but it was worth it. Plus tourism in Italy always brings a gelato;)

MILAN. Todavía no había estado y llevo tres meses en Milán. Ha venido a verme Miguel y subimos a la cubierta del Duomo. Es alucinante como se nota que la cubierta ha sido pensada al detalle. Se ve toda la ciudad desde ahí arriba, todas las cúpulas de cobre, los tejados, los rascacielos y la Torre Velasca (No me gustaba nada cuando la estudié, es puro brutalismo, pero últimamente me parece...interesante...impone).
Esa mañana además empezó a nevar y aunque hacía frío estaba precioso el día. Es una cosa típica que hacer si vienes a Milan, y ahora entiendo por qué. Me han dicho unas amigas italianas que lo mejor es subir en la puesta de sol.


MILAN. I've living here for three months and I've never been there. Miguel came to see me and we decided to went up to the top of the Duomo. It is amazinghoy the upper terraze has been designed in detail. You can see the whole city from up there, all the copper domes, the roofs, skyscrapers and the Torre Velasca (I hated it when I studied it, is pure brutalism, but lately it seems ...let's say interesting to me ... impressive).
That morning also started snowing and although it was cold the day was beautiful. It's a typical thing to do if you come to Milan, and now I understand why. Some italian friends told me  that the best moment to go is on the sunset.

De vuelta a mi amplia habitación. No he parado de trabajar desde que he llegado, llegan los exámenes y se está notando. En Milan es muy común que los días sean grises con algo de niebla pero nuestra casa la verdad es que tiene ventanas grandes y entra bastante luz a pesar de que fuera no haga sol. Es importante tener un sitio agradable donde vivir, sobretodo en invierno y en época de exámenes. Que te apetezca estar y estudiar tranquilamente. Tengo suerte de tener uno aquí.

Back to my spacious room. I have not stopped working since I arrived, exams are close. In Milan it is very common  the grey days with some fog but the truth is that our house has large windows and enough light enters though them even when there's no sun outside. It is important to have a nice place to live, especially in winter and at examination time. Some place you want to be and study in peace. I'm lucky to have one here.

Es llegar aquí y parece que el tiempo no ha pasado. Llevo casi un mes en España y al volver es como si el tiempo se hubiera parado y hubiese habido un paréntesis. Pensé que me costaría más pero vivir aquí es increíble. Estoy de vuelta y me siento como en casa :)

Just landed here and it seems that time has stopped. I have spent almost a month in Spain and when I comee back is like if there had been a break. I thought it would be harder for me but living here is amazing. I'm back and I feel at home :)

Último día en Madrid. Vuelvo a Milán otra vez después de navidades. Al principio me dio mucha pena dejar otra vez mi casa pero ahora me apetece mucho volver :) Es una ciudad alucinante y tengo muy buenos amigos. Además hay que retomar la costumbre del cappuccino, seguiremos pasando por el Duomo con la boca abierta y adorando la cantidad de Louboutin y Vuitton que se pasean.

El capricho de las rebajas. Sabía que antes de irme tenía que echar un vistazo a las rebajas de ZARA y llevaba tiempo buscando estos botines. Ya sabéis que para mí unos botines de leopardo con un pantalón de cuero negro es un must. Me gusta mucho la forma que tienen así que eso,  me llevo a Milán :)

The whim of the sales. I knew that I had to take a look at the Zara sales before I'm leaving  and  I had already been looking for these booties. You know that for me leopard booties with black leather pants is a must. I really like the shape they have so this is what I take to Milan :)

Ya no me queda nada para irme de Madrid y esta escapada como ya os dije me vino genial :). Estos días después de reyes me acerqué a por algo a las rebajas, pero poca cosa, ya os lo enseñaré. Estoy aprovechando los días al máximo y preparándolo todo para volver a Milan y a la vida fuera de casa. Pretendo seguir con los viajes este año, a ver a donde acabo yendo. Como siempre año nuevo y nuevas experiencias. Nunca sabes lo que puede cambiar todo un año de tu vida :)

Una escapada de fin de semana a un hotel rural. Aprovechando que ahora Miguel y yo podemos pasar tiempo juntos en medio de este año erasmus cogimos el coche y fuimos a Atienza (Guadalajara).
Tiene unos paisajes increíbles desde todo el pueblo pero especialmente desde lo alto del castillo. Está en ruinas y no había nadie, parecía como una película. A pesar de que todo es muy seco (no es como estar en Asturias o Cantabria) me pareció que tenía mucho encanto. Todos los campos y las montañas a lo lejos, los tejados de teja a dos aguas... Separado totalmente del bullicio de la ciudad, nada alrededor.
Al principio cuando llegué el encargado del hotel me preguntó si sería capaz de subir a lo alto del castillo con esos zapatos "Hay unos doscientos metros de diferencia de altura y está lleno de piedras!" y le conteste "No se preocupe, yo subo" :) tampoco fue par tanto.

A weekend getaway to a rural hotel. Taking advantage that now Miguel and I can spend some time together in the middle of this Erasmus year we took the car and went to Atienza (Guadalajara).
It is on a wonderful scenery from all the village but especially amazing from the top of the ruined castle it has. Although everything is very dry, not the same views as when I go to Asturias or Cantabria I found it charming. All fields and mountains in the distance, the tiled roofs ... is really a village. Completely separated from the noise of the city, nothing around.
At first when I got the hotel the manager asked me if I could climb to the top of the castle wearing those shoes "There are about two hundred meters of height difference and it is full of stones!" and I said "Do not worry, I'll climb" and it was not that hard :).

Siempre se dice que un Little Black Dress es un esencial en cualquier armario. Yo creo que tampoco puede faltar el dorado. Hay veces que alegra la fiesta salirse del negro. A mí el negro es un color que me gusta mucho y que uso habitualmente pero a la hora de ir a una fiesta nocturna suelo llevar algo de otro color. Hay veces que no encuentras a tus amigos en medio de la masa de gente todos de negro. Un vestido dorado como este y una suela roja hacen un look especial :)

En los días de frío me encantan los gorros de lana. Sobretodo cuando voy a esquiar los uso muchísimo  Tengo de todos los tipos pero me faltaba este modelo :) el de los dos pompones simulando orejitas. Queda monísmo. Este es blanco de Sheinside. Me gustan los complementos de invierno. Cuando te cansas de llevar siempre el mismo abrigo, cambias el gorro o la bufanda y vas diferente.


On cold days I love hats especially when I go skiing. I have a lot I have ot them but model was missing. This one  simulating the two ears. It is so cute. Thiswhite one is form Sheinside. I love winter accessories. When you get tired of the coat you can always change the hat or the scarf and you look different.

Primer look del año. Verde militar con cuero negro. El bolso me parece una pasada también en esos colores. Lo había visto en beige, negro...pero nunca bicolor. Estrenando botines, de zara, me parecen comodísimos. Son como los que tengo del año pasado beige que tanto uso, pero en versión renovada. Negros para que vayan con todo y con tachuelas en el talón para darle el toque de la temporada. Los vi en beige primero y me encantaron, pero son muy delicados y ya tenía unos.En cuanto salieron en negro no me lo pensé :)

First look of the year. I really like this color, army green with black leather. Also the bag is huge in those colors. I had seen it in beige, black ... but never in bicolour. I Premiered this booties from Zara, they are so comfy. They are like the ones I bought last year, the beige ones that use almost everyday, but in a renewed version. Black, that fixs everything and studs in the heel to give them the touch of the season.
I saw them in beige first and i felt in love, but they are very delicate and I already had ones.However when they appeared in black I did not think about it :)
