 Ya estoy aquí. Estos días están siendo de adaptación y estamos teniendo algunos problemas técnicos. No tenemos electricidad en el piso así que no podemos cargar baterías, o instalar internet, no hay luz y lo peor es que la caldera es eléctrica...nos damos unas duchas de agua fría muy apetecibles.
La verdad es que el piso esta genial. Ya os lo enseñaré porque una de las cosas que se me ha quedado sin batería es la cámara. Llevamos tres días de papeleo, excursiones interminables a IKEA, conociendo gente de todo el mundo...

I’m here. This days are being for instalations and we’re having some tecnical issues. We do not have electricity at home so we can’t charge any battery or install the Internet, aslo we have no light and no hot water…so we have to take a really cool cold showers.
The truth is that the apartment is so nice. I’ll show you that soon because one of the hings I have to charge urgently is my camera battery. It was three days of paperwork, long trips to IKEA an, knowing people from all around the world…

Ahora mismo estaré aterrizando en mi nueva casa. No tengo ni idea de cuando podré volver a actualizar. Hoy llego a Milán y el Internet allí no se cuanto tardará en llegar :). Tengo muchísimas ganas de enseñároslo todo pronto. Un beso enorme. Nos vemos en Milano

Desde el momento en el que vi las de Isabel Marant supe que querría algunas parecidas. Siempre quise tener unas de esas nike que se llevaron hace años parecidas a estas, pero no me veía con ellas. No me pegaban para mí porque eran demasiado de sport y demasiado llamativas. Cuando vi estas en ZARA me encantaron. No son de deporte porque tienen cuña...así que definitivamente no sirven para correr, pero conservan un toque casual. Me gustan para ir a clase todos los días, son deportivas pero realzan la pierna, además de ser bastante cómodas. Son negras, no muy llamativas, pero lo que más me gusta es el detalle de las tachuelas. Me parecen geniales.
Resulta que un día abro la puerta y aparece Elena con ellas en una bolsa. No me lo podía creer.
No sólo me acompañó a Milán a buscar piso e hizo de traductora, sino que encima de despedida me regala las deportivas! no me merezco la prima que tengo. #loveyou

The moment I saw the Isabel Marant I knew I'll like to have a pair of a similar ones. I always wanted a pair of that nike that were wearing years ago, similar to this ones, but I did not felt my self that style. They were too much sporty and too much flashy for me. When I saw this ones in ZARA I loved them. They are not to do some sport because they are wedges...so they are definitely not for running, but they still having the casual touch. I'd like them to be my everyday shoes. Also they are black, not so flashy, but what I like the most is the studded strip. it is awesome.
It turns out that one day I opened the door and I saw Elena carrying a ZARA bag with the sneakers on the inside for me. Not only she came with me to Milan to look for an apartment but also she brought it to me as a goodbye gift. I could not deserve such a wonderful cousin. #loveyou



Pretendo llevarme los esenciales. Para mí son estos. El tratamiento de KERASTASE para el pelo que es un shampoo, un recostructor y un aceite. El jabón facial de CLINIQUE, la crema de DELAROM de naranja, la base de maquillaje de L'OREAL, dos pintalabios, uno oscuro y otro rojo de YSL y CHANEL, pintauñas rojo LE VERNIS y la plancha del pelo de REMINGTON, esta vez me llevo la grande, no la de viaje.

I intend to carry the essentials. For me are these: KERASTASE hair treatment : shampoo, recostructor and oil. CLINIQUE facial soap, the orange DELAROM cream, the L'OREAL foundation, two lipsticks: one dark and one red YSL and CHANEL, A red nail polish: LE VERNIS  and the REMINGTON hair iron, this time I carry the big one.
Además me llevo la crema de cuerpo de RITUALS Indian rose& Himalaya Honey y mi perfume favorito Escale a Portofino.

San Franciscos, crudités y fijitas. Ayer hice una cena de despedida con mis amigas del instituto y mi prima. Esto va así, son como los pasos previos: trámites, despedidas, maleta y adiós :) Fue una cena muy divertida, hacía mucho que no nos juntábamos y además este verano he usado poco la terraza de mi casa, ha sido una forma de aprovechar los últimos días de verano.
Hice caso de los comentarios en twitter y me decanté por el toque mexicano aunque con un postre dulce y tropical.
De beber había San Francisco, para empezar crudites con una salsa de queso cremoso y especias y unos mini sandwiches de atún. Luego fajitas de pollo, son las que más me gustan, y para terminar nubes, cucuruchos de chocolate, piña y sorbete de limón.
Me gusta hacer cenas en casa de vez en cuando, es un engorro porque soy malísima pensando en el menú y siempre opto por cosas frías y fáciles de preparar, pero el esfuerzo merece la pena.
San Francisco, crudités and fijitas. Yesterday I made a farewell dinner with my high school friends and my cousin. All of this goes like this, following some steps: paperwork, farewell dinners, package and then goodbye :) It was a lot of fun, It was so long since we last be together and also I almost didn't use the terrace this summer, so it has been a way to harness the last days of summer.
Thanks to the twitter comments and I opted for the Mexican touch also with a sweet and tropical elements.
San Francisco to drink. Starting with some crudites with a creamy cheese sauce and spices and a mini tuna sandwiches. Then chicken fajitas, the one I like, and finally marshmallows, chocolate cones, pineapple and lemon sorbet.
I like to prepare dinner at home from time to time, it is a bummer because I'm really bad thinking on the menu and I always end opting for cool stuff easy to prepare, but  the effort worths.

Ayer despedí a Lara, la última que se iba. Es que este año nos vamos todos, todos mis amigos, menos Alex (foto 9), que se queda en Madrid a seguir tocando en su grupo, Básico Permanente. Le espera un año de ensayos y conciertos. Lara hoy se va a Leuven. Ya sólo quedamos Pablo y yo que nos vamos juntos la semana que viene.
Miguel está en Dublin (1), Paula en Sao Paulo (2), Jorge en Estocolmo (3), Laura en Estrasburgo(4), Elena a Génova (12)...Mis amigas del instituto, Ines y María (5) y Esther (6) espero que vengan a verme :) igual que Sil (8) y Javo (7)! Ele se que va a venir varias veces, se enamoró de Milán cuando vino con nosotros a buscar piso.
Este año ha sido genial gracias a todos vosotros. Ahora estamos esparcidos pero va a ser genial también.
Voy a echar de menos los "no te preocupes" de Lara y los "tu puedes" de Paula que me sacan de mis crisis, Jorge y sus "colegaaa" antes y después de contarle toda mi vida, porque creo que se la sabe entera. Las cosas que me enseña Lau de la vida y nuestras salidas culturales, a Alex, su música y todo en lo que se fija y no pasa por alto, a Elena y sus "tía estoy fatal, ven a verme" y luego es una fiesta sorpresa :), Ines y sus llamadas repentinas "tengo un problema" y me puedo esperar cualquier cosa,  Maria y las dos horas que podemos estar hablando de todo por teléfono, Esther que esta siempre aunque esté lejos, a Sil y Javo en nuestros días de frikadasymoda, a Elena poniéndome al día de todo lo que yo no me entero. Y de Miguel, voy a echar de menos todo...Sin embargo de Pablo  me voy a hartar este año :) pero no me importa.

No sé si es que dejo todo para el final o que cuando vas mal de tiempo se interpone todo en tu camino. La cosa es que ahora, justo ahora, empiezan a aparecer miles de problemas. Entre cenas de despedida, listas y más listas de cosas que hacer y que llevar, un intento de chapurrear italiano, ultimas compras...encima aparecen los típicos trámites que entorpecen todo...yo en estos momentos solo puedo respirar hondo y organizarme...al final todo sale bien, pero hasta que llega el final el camino es un estrés continuo de cosas y más cosas con las que no habías contado.

I do not know if I leave everything to the end or if when you have no time everything come against you. The thing is that now, just now, thousand of little last-minute-things appear on my way. Between goodbye diners, lists and list of things to do and to carry, trying to learn a few italian, last days of shopping...then all the paperwork to top it off... in this moments I just breath and organize myself...I can't do anything else. At the end, as it is said, everythings is gonna be ok , but until the end comes the way is so hard.

Ya está hecho. Contrato firmado y billete de avión. El 25 de Septiembre me despido de mi casa pero tengo muchísimas ganas. Sobretodo de enseñaros el nuevo piso. Ahora sólo queda pensar como transportar mi vida en maletas. Me encanta mi cuarto en Madrid. No es el cuarto que me habría diseñado yo o con el que habría soñado pero es muy acogedor y me siento genial ahí. Espero poder sentirme así también en otro nuevo y darle algún toque personal. Creo que hasta este momento no me había mentalizado de verdad de que dejo Madrid, y no sabéis lo emocionada que estoy. Que empiecen los últimos días en mi casa! 

It's done. A signed contract and a flight ticket. On September 25 I leave home and I can't wait. What I really want is to show you the new apartment. Now all I have to do is to think on packing my life in a few suitcases. I love my bedroom here in Madrid. It's not the place I'd design or what I dream of but I feel great here. I hope to have the same feeling on a new one and give it some special touch. I think that until now I have not really mentalized myself on leaving my city and you can't imagine how exciting I am. Last days at home, let's go!
H&M tshirt/ Zara pants/ Nac Bag/ Chicwish sandals

Esta es la tienda que os mencioné cuando me compré el bolso, NAC. Me encanta, siempre que paso me quedo mirando el escaparate. Estrenaba el bolso negro y aproveché para hacer fotos delante de la tienda. Me gusta esta época del año, cuando no hace ni frío ni calor. Combinar sandalias y pantalón largo o vestidos cortos con kimonos o botines. Este es un look muy sencillo pero con él me siento muy a gusto.

Dentro de nada empiezo con la operación maleta, crisis de a ver que me llevo, adaptarme a un nuevo sitio..además empiezan los nuevos capítulos de la series que veo! es lo bueno de septiembre. Tengo unas ganas tremendas de ver Hart of Dixie, New Girl y Beverly Hills 90210.

This is the store I told you when I bought the bag, NAC. I like ir a lot, when I walk in fornt of the display I spend some minutes looking at it. I was premiering the black bag and I thought that pictures out of the store were great. I like this time of the year. When there's neither hot nor cold. Combining sandals and pants or short dresses with kimonos or booties is my favorite thing. this was a simple outfit but I feel so comfy on it.
In a few days the suitcase mision, the new place adaptation and the what-I bring-to-Italy crisis start...also the new episodes of the tv shows I see start. I can't wait to see the new Hart of Dixie, New girl and beverly Hills 90210 season.
Preparándome para el otoño y haciéndome con los últimos básicos para llevar en la maleta. Este bolso de la tienda Nac que me encanta. Quería un bolso negro para llevar a diario a clase y unos botines también oscuros. No suelo encontrar nada en TRF pero esta vez, después de ver mucho zara encontré estos botines y genial de precio. 

Getting ready for fall and getting the latest basics to pack. The bag is form  Nac store. I wanted an everyday black bag to wear to class and also a pair of dark booties. I do not usually find anything on TRF but this time, after seeing so many zara shoes I found these booties for a great price.


El otro día me invitaron a probar Metropolytan. Es una peluquería increíblemente bonita y lo que me encantó fue el ritual que me hicieron antes del peinado. Nunca había probado la aromaterapia. Primero me dieron a elegir entre una fragancia, yo escogí "relax", y cerré los ojos. No se que harán pero te sientes genial, pasan las manos delante de tí sin tocarte y con el aroma te relajas muchísimo. Después me pasaron a una sala para lavar el pelo mientras el sillón te daba un masaje. También te daban otro en las sienes y el cuero cabelludo. Fue una pasada, entré en estado de coma.
Además los productos son geniales. Yo no entiendo mucho de productos de belleza pero si es verdad que ya había probado su propia marca Ed Griffin, un aceite para el pelo, y me sorprendió para bien. Además llevan Kerastase y L'oreal.
La verdad que visitar el local fue increíble. Es precioso, como a mi me gusta: en tonos blancos, con mucha luz, espacioso...además nos recibieron estupendamente. Fue una tarde genial y ya veis el resultado!

The other day I was invited to try Metropolytan. It is an incredibly beautiful hairdresser. What I relly like was the ritual they apply me before my styling. I've never tried aromatherapy. First I choose between four fragrances, I chose "relax", and I closed my eyes. I don't know exactly what they did but I was feeling so great, they moved their hands in front of you without touching while the aroma relaxes you a lot. Later I got into to a room to make my hair washed and at the same time the couch was giving me a massage, also the hairdresser gave me another massage at the temples and scalp. It was amazing, I felt like going into a coma.
Besides the products are great. I do not know much about beauty products but it is true that I had proven his own brand, Ed Griffin, before. I have at home the hair oil and I was surprised by it in a good way. They also work with Kerastase and Loreal.
Visiting that place was amazing, it's beautiful, as I like, mostly in white, so bright and spacious. Plus, they treated us so good. It was a wonderful evening and you see what was the result!
