BEAUTY | BELIYING THE -MY HAIR WON'T GROW- MYTH

The other day my friend Silvia inspired me for this post. She complained about what all of us have complained once, the myth that there comes a point that the hair wont grow anymore.
Hair always grows. Some tme ago my hair was over my shoulders and there was no way for me to make it grow a little. I got fixed extensions and I had to go every month and a half there to make them go up because my hair grew and they started to looked ugly so If I my hair was growing whay it wasn't never longer?
What I found out is that the ends fall, they break, you do not realice it and they gradually and therefore your hair always stay with the same length. The main enemy is the iron, no matter how good it is. I used to use ghd and my ends suffered.
You can use iron daily without going through this, what you have to do are two extremely important things: keep hydrated the hair as much as possible (using masks often, a special oil after washing etc) and ALWAYS use heat protectant. No matter which brand it is, from white label to the best of them, it is important to use it always always with wet hair before using the hair dryer or the iron.
So my hair have been growing, in fact I removed the extensions because for the first time in my life I saw my length was changing and I'm slowly getting it as I like. I have not reached my goal, but I keep chaseing it and now is different, my hair grows and it is shown in the length.
