Coge todo lo que tengas a mano: sales minerales, un gel que te haga mucha mucha espuma, aceite corporal, velas, exfoliante y muy importante, patitos de goma y música :)
Mi recomendación para las semanas de exámenes sin duda es que os deis un buen baño y os olvidéis de todo por una hora, vas a estar como nuevas.
The best thing I did is dedicate an hour to myself. All day in college finishing the final works was starting to affect me physically. Yesterday when I got home after one of those days where your head can't think anymore I decided to take a long bubble bath. I spent an hour there and was the best thing I could do. I slept great tonight and I'm super rested to keep going today, I also have my contractures better than before and I feel great. It is important that in these weeks we're all with so much to do to take care obout ourself a bit.
Take everything you have on hand: mineral salts, gel that makes big bubbles, body oil, candles, body musturizing cream and very important, rubber ducks and some music :)
My recommendation for exam weeks is a good bath to forget everything for a hour, you'll be new again.
