TRAVEL | PORTO ROADTRIP. DAY II

Cómo no ir a Oporto y no visitar unas bodegas. La verdad es que te ofrecen visitas a bodegas por todas partes. Todas están en la otra orilla del rio, en Vilanova de Gaia, y por la noche encienden sus letreros y se pueden leer todas a lo largo de la orilla. A la que fuimos era preciosa por el sitio en el que estaba, las vistas y la finca. Te explican cómo se hace el vino y luego hay una cata. Después de las bodegas cogimos el funicular para llegar a lo más alto y ver las vistas del puente y la ciudad. También comimos en la zona del puerto de Cais de Gaia que está lleno de restaurantes con terrazas mirando al rio y a la ciudad.
 I cant go to Porto and not visit one of its caves. The truth is that they offer wine tours everywhere. All the caves are on the other side of the river, in Vilanova de Gaia, and in the evening they tun on the light signs and they can be read all over the shore. We went to a lovely one because of the the views and the place. They explain to us how to produce oporto wine and then there was also a tasting. After the caves we took the funicular to reach the top and see the view of the bridge and the city. We also ate at the harbor area in Cais de Gaia which is full of restaurants with terraces overlooking the river and city.
