FASHION BREAKFAST

Last week I was invited to a "Fashion Breakfast" in the Promodelia showroom . There I chatted with several bloggers and I also could see all the brands they have in the showroom. Thre was a space with several designer pieces that they sell in the store/Kissing Room. There was was with us one of the designers who have a place in Promodelia, Lorena Panea. We talked about his collection and what she understands for fashion.

She proposes an "affordable luxury". She use handmade pieces in their designs and only makes a piece of each size. If the size is repeated, the fabric will be different. Any girl wants to feel unique and she bet on affordable prices. Her line of basic dresses has a handcrafted belts that I loved, made by clock pieces, fabrics etc. all painted with gold coverage.
It was very interesting to be with her and talk so closely with a designer. We learned a lot of Lorena, who also gave us a lovely  gift. Because she supports the exclusivity and unique clothes, she gave us a box with everything needed to make a skirt from the start. Pattern, fabric, pins and of course the instructions. I don't know if I'll do it well... I sewed a bit but I have not much idea. Anyway that is a super nice gesture.

Thank you very much to Promodelia for getting us together and to Lorena for being with us that moring.
At the end of the post you can see the video.
